October Fun!!!

We have had a busy couple of weekends. So there are lots of pictures in this post. Cole had a special day with Daddy while I was in Philidelphia for Time Out for Women. They went pumpkin picking in Grandmas yard and went to the firestation to see the fire trucks. We also took Cole to Six Flags. We went to the safari and then on the rides. Our church playgroup had a Halloween Party. The kids wore their costumes, played games and ate goodies.

Cole and I made sugar cookie lollipops for the party. Cole was a big helper, he handed me the sticks when I needed them. He was also the taste tester. As you can see the cookies were YUMMY!!!

Here are all the kids in their costumes at the Halloween Party!!

Isn't he a CUTE clown!!!

Cole really enjoyed frosting then eating the cupcake. He wanted to eat the cupcake before we were done frosting it.

Cole and Daddy on the Merry-Go-Round. Cole went on it twice because he cried when he had to get off the ride.

Cole on the "Wiggles" car ride. He loves cars and cried again when he had to get off the ride.

Playgroup Pumpkin Picking Trip

We went Pumpkin Picking at the farm with our friends from church this past week. Cole had alot of fun as you can tell from the pictures below. However, he was more interested in the weeds and grass than he was with the pumpkin's. There were also animals (ducks, a horse and cow, goats, bunnies) to feed as well.

Looks like he is going to get the pumpkin but he really wants the tall piece of grass thats there. Sitting in the pumpkin patch with all the pumpkin's.

Cole on the hay wagon that we took to get to the pumpkin patch.

Cole with Mommy in the wagon.

I'm king of the world, well at least I'm king of this pumpkin!! How do I get down from here?

At the farm, they had stacks of hay for the kids to play on. There was a tunnel going through from one side to the other. Cole had fun playing inside the tunnel.

Cole with his friends. Dallin, Tanner, Ethan, Luke and Nick on the hay stacks.

"Coleisms"
I wanted to share a few of the things Cole has been doing or saying recently. I will add these in periodically as he does more.
*Says No No when he doesn't want something
*Says "Night" for goodnight
*Loves giving everyone High 5
*Gives open mouth kisses, saying muah as he gives you a kiss
*Loves to snuggle all the time. He is my "little snuggle bug"
*Laughs so hard when you blow rasberries on his belly
*Has a contaigious laugh
*Has a smile that warms your heart
*He is very, very ticklish

Light the Night Walk

This past saturday we we particiapted in a walk along with some of our family and friends for Leukemia and Lymphoma. the walk takes place at night so the balloons are lit. Red balloons are for supporters, White balloons are for survivors and gold are for someone who has lost the battle with cancer. This walk is very near and dear to me because last year I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Thank you to those who were able to walk with us and for those who also donated money to a wonderful cause.
