Fall has to be one of my favorite seasons. I LOVE the color changing of the leaves, the crisp air, the smell of apple cider, and watching my kids play in the leaves. We have over an acre of land surrounded by lots of trees. So there is always leaves on the ground. Rob made a huge pile in the backyard for the kids to play in. They had a blast and I had fun taking pictures of them!! Here are some of my favorites!!

Pumpkin Picking and Pumpkin Decorating
We took our annual trip to Alstede Farms to go pumpkin picking with our good friends the Cobo's!! The kids had fun going on the hayride out to the pumpkin patch and then raced off to find the best, biggest pumpkins they could find!! And of course we took family pictures in the pumpkin patch. I LOVE this time of year!! Going to the farm to go pumpkin picking
+ getting apple cider and doughnuts = a fun time with our family and friends!!
This year instead of carving our traditional pumpkins for Halloween, we decided to use these cute potato head pieces to decorate our pumpkins! They were a big hit and he kids had fun decorating with them! Cole and Chloe ready to decorate their pumpkins!!
Chloe is making her pumpkin to look like a Witch!

First Day of School 2013-2014
Back to School supplies all ready to go for the First Day of School!!
Our little boy is now in 1st Grade. Where does the time go. He is growing up so fast. Each year for the new school year I ask Cole what he wants to be when he grows up. It is funny to see how it changes each year.
Walking to the bus stop!
Chloe waiting with Cole for the bus! Chloe cried when Cole left for school. She was upset he was leaving but more upset she couldn't go on the bus.

Family Myrtle Beach Pictures 2013
I LOVE taking pictures at the beach! There is something serene about the sounds of the ocean waves and the feel of sand in your feet. I LOVE spending QUALITY time with my FAMILY!! Being away from the hustle bustle of life made me put some tings into perspective and I realized the following...I want to start placing a higher priority on spending quality time with my family...traveling...doing activities and adventures...making memories...instead of gathering thing around us. Memories are all we really have in this life. All the material things are temporal and fleeting. I want my kids to remember the fun times and adventures we had as a family. I want my kids to sit up late night after night reminiscing about all the fun times we had. "We will have nothing to show for it, but the invisible bond it created for our FAMILY"!! Sorry for the picture overload. These were some of my Favorite Pictures we took of our FAMILY!!
